  Working with the talented and gifted teams of the Atlanta Symphony, Alliance Theatre and High Museum is an amazing experience. There is so much dedication and passion for the arts and it has allowed me to be more connected to this organization each and every day.My role is to oversee the recruitment and on-boarding of new employees to the organization, across all Arts Partners. I provide support for all members of the team in areas of management, leadership, communication and conflict resolution through engaging and thoughtful workshops. At times, I will conduct one-on-one sessions to support the continued growth for the individual, the department and the organization.As we implemented Workday campus-wide, I created and will continue to create modules for the UX to connect the team to the operations of the new database.The Woodruff Arts Center is a place to connect, learn and be a part of something special in Atlanta. Whether it's the sounds of the orchestra, being moved by a production on stage or traversing the galleries at the High Museum, we hope to connect and inspire future generations. Show less
