-During a management restructuring an Operations role was created, a role which included responsibility for a team of 60. -Overhauled the recruitment process including further restructuring of the management team in order to improve the overall running of the store with clear focuses and cascading down through the management tiers into the team. -Played a key role in turning the store round from a negative LFL performance when joining the business to a positive end of year result with continuous large growth shown at the end of my second year. -Responsible for all budgeting, reporting, scheduling, target breakdowns, monitoring of KPI’s and the BOH operation. -Tasked with analyzing the store operations and stream lining the process in order to improve efficiency, which subsequently resulted in implementing a night team, resulting in being responsible for a 24 hour operation. -Responsible for developing a proposal for recruitment and budgeting for the next financial year. -Tasked with ensuring the in house operation is capable of growing naturally in line with the growth of the business year on year. -Developed strong relationships with key members of the business both in Head office, throughout the field teams and external contractors. -Simultaneously over saw a store refit and a new offsite warehouse from a planning and operations point of view. This included liaising with all parties involved to ensure everything ran smoothly and the store opened on time, as well as the deployment of 60 members of staff, the removal and replacement of around 40K units of stock, the restructuring of the team across two locations and the development of a new way of working to best serve the business. -Implemented in store changes to improve store audit score from the mid 60’s to 96% on the most recent.
