Pittsburgh As a research scientist I am conducting mixed methods research on energy efficiency investment decision-making, energy conservation programs, and educational program evaluation. One recent project focuses on the energy efficiency investment decisions of commercial building owners. I'm also currently developing an approach that recruits and makes valid statistical inferences from peer-driven samples. I am also continuing research from my dissertation on human forecasting (and backcasting) in the domains of energy prices and predicting the behavior of others. My research has been published in peer-reviewed journals, and I'm also involved in a lot of grant writing (and receiving).
