I provide support for Dell workstations and servers, Microsoft Windows and Server operating systems, Terminal Services, HyperV virtualization, Watchguard firewalls, Dell switches, varied VoIP systems and more. I also support Dolphin Imaging and Management, Ortho2 Edge/Viewpoint, OrthoTrac, Carestream Imaging, WinOMS, Dentrix/DEXIS, OpenDental, DSN, various CBCT 2d Pan/Ceph and 3d CBCT systems such as iCat,, CS8600, and other ortho and dental technologies such as intraoral cameras, 3d printers, and more. As a systems administrator, I have spent a good amount of time with an MSSP in our industry, going over vulnerability scans/assessments, performing site-wide security remediation, even creating my own scripts/GPOs to automate the remediation of many of the common vulnerabilities found in our environments. In an HR capacity, I also proctor the hands-on Assessment tests for new hires @ MME, testing their technical problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness. In the last year I have migrated the virtualized server from 2008 r2 to 2019, and updated the test questions to modernize them. I also provide training on many topics to our newest techs, and have given classes on Antivirus and Wireshark, as well as published over 110 'Technotes' (KB), and intranet articles. In 2019 I passed my Microsoft 70-740 - 'Server 2016 Installation, Storage, and Compute' to make me an MCP with the goal of becoming an MCSE, but since then, I have changed focus completely to cybersecurity, IR, pentesting, and automation. I passed my Security+ early 2022, and am now studying/practicing for my OffSec OSCP certification. Show less

Taking on a large variety of jobs from POS installs to Cat5E cabling/troubleshooting, installation of Networking & low voltage devices, WiFi Access Points/Surveys, server upgrades, installs, & data migrations, CCTV (IP & Coax) installs/adds/changes. I have PBX experience with phone systems such as Avaya/Nortel/Toshiba, TV/Media Player/Speaker installations/Digital Signage, Site Surveys, cabling in office/retail/warehouse environments, & support for office/networking POS/workstations/equipment. Some of the larger nationwide chains I performed work at in 2008-2010 include Social Security Administration, StateFarm, JP Morgan Chase, Target, Macy’s, Office Depot, TJX Stores, Rite-Aid, Gamestop, and these are just multi-site projects I participated in. This required much independent thought/planning on logistics, and commonly research & documentation to find the solutions I needed. I also had to keep extensive records on time spent, materials required, mileage, pay rates, and travel pay, for tax purposes. Reliability is one of my number one assets, never missing an appointment, and never failing to check in/out of jobs or contact project management when there is an issue on-site. This career overall requires much planning, travel, purchase of my own tools/supplies/insurance/etc, and a very customer service oriented attitude, as the clients I’m working with are likely only seeing me physically as a representation of their service contract. Also I’ve had contact almost daily with project management teams through six or more different nationwide providers, and their vendors as well. I received many compliments and personal recommendations for my professional attitude and reliability. Also, coherent and organized documentation of work practices was required. Show less
