Ember Services is a provider of mental health, alcohol and drug addiction support to many people throughout the North Island.- As contract accountant I helped facilitate the merger of two organisations, Connect Supporting Recovery and Framework to become Ember Services Limited. - Implemented processes and made sure requirements were met to liquidate the former companies.- Ensured accounting processes were in place for the new company going forward.
