1. Maintain cycle counting program to ensure the accuracy of raw materials and finished goods inventory. This will include, but is not limited to, identification of items to count, counting items, data entry in JBA/WMS, reconciliation, recounts, investigating variances, and printing reports. This also includes assisting with the planning of annual physical inventory.2. Performs daily audits and verification functions to include: verification of scans, receipts, and adjustments made in WMS. Report errors to department managers. Train new team members on WMS procedures. This may include classroom, practical application, as well as follow up training. Partners with IT computer issues at plant and for testing new WMS functions to ensure they perform as required. Sends in equipment for repairs and reprogramming scanners after repair.

1. Prepare for all product runs by reviewing and interpreting written instructions from the production schedule, specification sheets, work instructions and checklists for any materials/set-ups required. Gathers all supplies and tools; sets them up for production runs. Prepares production recording sheets and plans ahead to ensure an on-time start up and/or efficient changeover.2. Safely operate equipment in packaging/palletizing finished bakery products. This includes following all required safety procedures for control of hazardous energy during machine adjustments and changeovers. Monitors MARKUM printer and WMS scanning/computer terminal to ensure consistent quality on labelled product cartons and inventory transactions. Reports any problems to Line Leader or Supervisor immediately. Palletizer must be able to fold, pack and seal cartons at an acceptable rate. 3. Document and record all required checks and information accurately. Report any issues to Line Leader or Supervisor immediately. Facilitate communications with all line workers to ensure teamwork and quality bakery product manufacturing. 4. Maintain a safe, clean work environment. This includes cleaning and maintaining all equipment in an organized manner and disposing of waste appropriately. Following all established Quality Assurance Systems, HACCP and Sanitation guidelines, especially for allergens. 5. Assist in other areas, as required. This may include training other team members on specific machine operations or duties. This also may include rotating to help out other positions. Must be able to positively interact with other departments, lines and shifts.
