  During the last years I’ve been mainly involved in R&D and project management activities with the aim of design new instruments like DEPArray NxT and VR NxT.Within the organization my tasks are:-Support the R&D Tech department in the definition of System Requirements-Define Project Plan and development strategies-Project management activities like the identification of external partner, definition of project and product cost, project milestones and deliverables.-Identification of applicable Directives and Standards.-Develop new technical solutions to improve products performances and generating new IP-Internal and external mechanical design team coordination.-Prototyping and test the adopted design solutions.-Support the editing of the project documentation like technical file, calculation notes, technical reports, risk analysis, system architecture documents, user and service instructions.-Support the CE and UL products certification.-Support the design transfer to manufacturing and product lifecycle management.
