Responsible for the financial aspects and its impact on the company. This entailed for example implementing and developing new reporting system, analysis, and renegotiation of different cost elements. Developed financial and commercial reports and statistics for the company. The focus then shifted towards processes and other project development, which for example included a reorganization of departments to meet the demand of the markets and to find a more efficient way of allocating internal recourses. Not naming any clients due to confidentiality agreement. • Financial controller & Accountant, Service Group Responsible for general ledger accounting, final accounts, financial statements and reporting for four Swedish and one Norwegian company in a Global Service Group. This included balance reconciliation and results analysis. I made both the closing process as well as other processes more efficient with the purpose of being able to report within tighter deadlines. This was done by improving current processes as well as excel models that is used in the daily activities by the finance department. Below is listed some of my assignments for Deloitte. Not naming any clients due to confidentiality agreement. • Project Leader & Developer / Global Industrial Group Initially responsible for a reorganization project closing an office where the assignments was reallocated to another department. Here I was responsible for the planning, follow-up and assurance. The assignment came to develop into a project leader role within process development, where the purpose was to optimize systems and excel models to cut lead time. Ranging from simpler to more complex models such as IFRS bridges and calculation methods for doubtful accounts receivable. • Financial controller, Global Industrial Group The role included both analysis, development, and assurance of financial reports, for monthly- quarterly- and yearly financial statements. The main responsibility included VAT reporting, facility register, salaries and pensions.
