I worked at Asda Superstore as a home shopping item picker. This role gave me a chance to demonstrate my skills in discipline, time management and initiative, as I worked night shift hours which I was unfamiliar with and adapted to quickly. There was also a limit on the amount of time you took to pick the items as well as having to think quickly when presented with problems such as missing items or blocked paths. During my time at university, I volunteered to work with the Saints Foundation, more specifically working for the Premier League Enterprise programme, which involved going to local schools and working with children the school has put forward for any number of reasons such as difficulty with concentration, behaviour, and social skills.
