  As a more fulfilling alternative to a dissertation in my final year, I took the opportunity to partake in a yearlong consultancy project. Alongside three team members, the task was set to provide a feasibility report into the launch of a youth led recruitment agency as a separate entity. From here a business plan, alongside recommendations were presented. The end outcome was positive with the director expressing serious interest in implementing the plan. • Conducted and analysed face-to-face interviews with the target customer. • Identified potential funding opportunities for the project. • Acquired a discounted rate on potential office space letting for the client. • Drew out a 12-month business plan for the client. • Full 5,000-word written report was produced for the end meeting with the client.
