This man will fight a vendor. I don't mean he'll punch'em. He'll keep them on task, and he will hold them accountable if they try to shortchange you. Alex does an amazing job of keeping track of a herd of cats, making sure the various tools in a security stack are all copacetic and functioning. He also has a great habit of pointing out things that are important that seem obvious in retrospect.

As CEO, I am responsible for defining the company's strategic direction, as well as day-to-day management decisions to implement our short-term and long-term plans. I also take responsibility for customer experience, to ensure that we deliver the highest level of quality service and technical support. As CTO, I am responsible for selecting the best technologies for our clients, and developing new IT services to better support our clients, and working with best-of-breed vendors.
