  Completed in-house academy training over the course of 15 weeks focusing on Java Spring Boot, HTML/CSS/JS, React, and AWS Deployment. Culminating to a Full-Stack Application called Tun3rs R Us, in the final few weeks of training. In an effort to transition the Retail-Consumer-Goods sales team from Mock-Ups and Power Points, three of my fellow graduates and I undertook an internal initiative to prove that the RCG Sales Line would be able to swap to an Extreme Programming Methodology and deliver MVPs to potential clients. Implemented and styled existing Tensor Flow Models and APIs into a React Application to be used in the Retail, Beauty, and Athletic spaces. After a successful demo and presentation to Service Line Sales Leader and Senior Vice President-Sales, I was individually branched out on to another potential client deal. Picking up React Native to utilize NFC and Geo-Locating tech to solve a location and supply chain issue a potential client inquired about. After successful demos to our peers, I was able to deliver the MVP for the React Native app to upper management and was placed on the RCG Digital Engineering Sales Line from the internal developer pool.
