During his 4-year spell as an IT-Apprentice at Brugg-IT, i was honored to work alongside him as his senior in our IT Support Team, where I played big role in passing my IT-experience as well guiding him in the professional environment for the same. Working with him was fun and through our daily tête-à-tête in English at work, his command in English language improved immensely and to this regard he did exhibit high-level skills in the English language both in writing and speaking. These skills helped him to correspond and remotely support Brugg Users located abroad. Moreover I used to assign / delegate him diverse IT-Tasks as well as User requests sent to our Ticketing Tool. His execution of the assigned tasks was impressive and commendable. He always seeked clarification where he was uncertain. He is a good problem solver as well creative in offering work arounds to users especially to problems that needed further excalation to the Level 3 IT-Teams for deeper analysis. I strongly recommend and endorse him for future IT-Positions that suits his current skills.
