  Working on project to develop the park of a private estate in Surrey involving the regeneration of the existing plants, the soil preparation, the planting of trees, shrubs and herbaceous for a total of 12,500 plants, the construction of the irrigation system, and the turfing of the lawns. My duties include, but are not limited to, supervising the soft-landscape team, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, coordinate the different project steps with the hard landscape team and the other contractors, liaising with the landscape architect and the client's Personal Assistant.
