  I Joined the OSS team, a team of expert aviation lawyers to set up the One Sky Solutions project, reporting to the CEO. OSS is a company that offers a one-stop-solution for airlines to manage high volumes of passenger claims. I Work on the IT platform with the in-house IT engineers and the CTO to build and customise for our clients a European Case Management system. We have 18 EU partners (18 law firms covering 19 different jurisdiction) and the call center team, and I manage all the relationship and the legal matters in all the jurisdiction.I am Preparing all of the IT training materials for the OSS system to train partners and clients. and all the Contracts.I am Co-responsible with the CEO for sales and commercial strategies and resposable to organise events, University courses and collaboration. I am also representing the company in all the international events as a partner/sponsor.I have the resposability for all of the relationships with the industry associations joined ( ERAA and A4E) by OSS (nonprofit and Business associations).
