  I work as part of the fundraising team, reporting to the VP of fundraising (Investor Relations) and lead the development operations. I am responsible for creating a new metrics framework for the next 5-years of fundraising strategy and its implementation throughout team processes, systems and data to evaluate fundraising success. I also lead on managing the team’s CRM system (Salesforce) and its day-to-day functions, as well as identifying gaps and creating roadmaps for system enhancements. I am focused on maximizing collaboration and efficiency between the fundraising team and the Operations and Finance teams.
