  Ohmytime is an agency based in Auvernier, Switzerland, active since 2008 with two poles of activities: - The organisation of tailor-made events. - Relocation assistance for expatriates moving to the region. Within the framework of the missions on call, my work consists in: - Helping with the set up of the event and the dismantling - Welcoming guests and being friendly to them - Managing the checkrooms and registration at the entrance of the events - Ensure the smooth running of the event, according to the tasks given - Be proactive and have a sense of customer service - Be flexible on mandates, listen and react according to the given situations - Take on roles and blend in with characters, acting (e.g. Santa’s elves). I was part of various events, such as company celebrations, birthday parties, and other private events.
