      • Feb 2020 - Oct 2020

Individually conducted a scoping study to help four organisations illustrate the need for preventative intervention in minimizing the notoriously low outcomes of care leavers across Devon. Utilized my programming knowledge to analyse large amounts of national and local level data to quantitatively illustrate the need for increased government funding for intervention which would reduce the heavy human and financial costs held by the organisations. Such work was especially important during a time where COVID-19 had slashed funding for Foundation’s across the UK. Furthermore, I identified and depicted the detrimental impact that lack of complete and continuous care leaver datasets were having on government policies. Critically and objectively informed decision on guaranteeing future effectiveness from government policy. Demonstrated my ability to critically analyse mass data and present research in a palatable and captivating manner to achieve my stated goals. Show less

Finalised the project with succinct summaries on future projects and their implications on the areas. Displayed my ability to problem-solve and think outside the box as I reconciled opposite views to produce a coherent development plan. Show less
