  Skills gained:Completed at least 6 important projects:- Stirling Engine 10 kW on 140 square meter of solar concentration(project – manufacture – installation) for “Dipartimento di Ingegneria dell’Innovazionedell’Università di Lecce”. For this project I designed fluid-dynamics system, mechanicalcomponents on SolidWorks with DFM/A/S approach and prototype test requirements, Isupervised production and directed assembly. In the other words I created an electronicmodule where I used MODBUS protocol to interface engine with solar collector and Irealized an Ethernet web based interface to get the data of functionality and control.- I built a 30 kW Wind turbine with control software based on Micro Framework (project –manufacturing – installation) in Joint Venture with Ricinert Srl. I designed a wind blade witha proprietary software based on X-foil and Blade Momentum Theory. Designed mechanicalcomponents on SolidWorks with DFM/A/S approach and built all on CNC 4 axis anddirected assembly. I wrote C# .net based on STM processor to control turbine and to respectItalian CEI 0-20. Remote control and diagnostic system is designed on web interface.- Re-powering and upgrading a Wind turbine 60 kW (project – manufacture – installation)direct investment. For this project I fully rebushed a Lagerwey 80/15 and redesigned theelectronics Central Unit on Artmel Processor.- Built a wood gasifier 150 kW (project – manufacture – installation)- Retrofitting a 6 axis CNC machine (optical um-line) with tool change and rebuiltcompletely electronics based on ATMEL processor with an interface PC-based on C#Windows Form end Freescale processor for PID on analogic servodrive (at 200 kHz). Allcomponents were interfaced with electromagnetic protection and linked to power modulecontrol.- A Wi-Fi access worker control based on RFID technology and MySQL with a completeinterface module written in C# to calculate all of the customers’ requirements.
