As Process Quality engineer I check conformity of injection molding production processes analyzing trend charts, control that every step of the process (from raw materials feeding to final product features) is according to Quality procedures. I am on charge for dimensional check according to PQP and IMDS creation and submission ti client. Supporto to QM in order to release new quality procedures. Head of Test & Metrology Laboratory

PPAP documentation editing for automotive customers (responsible of all tests required by customers both made in our lab and in outsourcing). Coordinator of Laboratory activities, both measuring and testing. Tests on raw material grades using Rheometer, DSC and FTIR Spectrometer. Mechanical tests on finished products with dynamometer.
