      While i was working for the previous resturant i understood that i should have accelereted my knoweldge quicklier as me possible so i find the opportunity to do some extra shift for the Banqueting kitchen in small and big functions organizated in this beautiful building. After a few month i've been offered a position in the main kitchen which even working on a 0 hours contract assured me a full time job . Here i started i real fine dining experience participating in the change of several menu' learning about classic and modern cousine and working close with the managements to make sure everithing it's in tune. This place gave me the chance to work with the best supplierers and raw material and more improving my butchery skills in meat and in the process of working fish.My executive chef, Neil Ramsey,really cares about his chefs training,so to give me even the possibility to attent a game seminary at the Westminester College .
