Bio
Rachel B.
Alex has really impressed me with his approach to re-evaluating and redesigning the Law Society Returners course. Changing a programme that is successful and which has been established for many years is never easy, with much at stake. Alex has approached the programme redesign in a strategic and collaborative way to ensure the buy-in of diverse key stakeholders and enable a high-quality outcome. The needs analysis of the target audience has been at the heart of his approach, as it should be. The outcome is really excellent and the programme fit for purpose for the evolved needs of lawyers at a career crossroads, in a fast changing world of work, both Returners as well as other target groups. Alex is also highly organised and personable to deal with and a pleasure to work with. He is a real asset to the team and organisation.
