I've had the honor of working with many great people in my time. But, hands down...Alessandra is one of them! She's always treated me as an equal and we have a mutual respect which makes our relationship that much stronger. One thing I admire most about her? The way she can see what needs to be done from start-to finish on any given project - without ever missing steps along the way (no detail gets missed). This is true for major projects such as the Redpath Baking School and the Redpath Christmas event. Alessandra is a great asset to any team for her incredible work ethic, always ready with an encouraging word when needed most!
