BIM modelling is becoming a prerequisite for the creation of accurate models for as-built purposes as well as in the retrofit industry worldwide, as it is the most structured method for capturing existing building data.This experience led me to develop BIM models in LOD 100 to 500 from the point cloud, following top clients projects such as OPW and Henry J Lyons architects.I have been following the entire cycle, from the model creation to the production of sheets, drawing and schedules - always pushing standards such as bs11000, bs1192 and pas1192, key for both the project delivery process and the future use lifecycle of the building.

Analysis of energy consumption and CO2 emissions in the Caudina valley countries.The interviews led to a complete picture of energy consumption and CO2 emissions on all the municipalities involved, necessary for new interventions aimed at resolving issues related to the issues of environmental and energy sustainability.
