Alessandra is one of a kind both as a professional and as a person. I saw her growing at a very fast pace, without showing any signs of lack on anything. She's thorough, and she drives the people she works with by sharing tasks, objectives, and expectations like captains do with their team. And she's a natural. Work ethic - I could see with my own eyes the way she makes a difference as a team leader. Even in the toughest environments, she's able to inspire and lead people by example and applying a good ethic. She takes challenges and tasks to improve herself and her knowledge, without never backing down. Communication - Alessandra's an excellent communicator. She asks questions to become a subject matter expert, in order to fill the gaps once it's her turn to share information and/or to coach someone. She's capable to make her job her passion and becoming a high-performer member of the team/company in a very short amount of time.
