Compiling information into target product profiles, integrated product development profiles, and tech transfer packages.- Contributing to the write-up of project proposals. - Taking responsibility for operational support for quality testing study of medical abortion medicines from 11 country markets. Directly involved in write-up of publication from study. - Supporting CTA in the set up and formalization of an internal Quality Management System through reviewing documents and ensuring alignment between SOPs.- Contributing to internal brainstorming sessions for organizational strategies. - Managing sub-awards and other direct cost budgets, supporting PM with managing consultant and travel budgets for the entire M&D project portfolio.- Writing up regular donor reporting, both quarterly and annually and providing key updates during biweekly donor calls.- Coordinating internal and external communications and follow-up. Implemented activities for the Programme for Development of Generic Subcutaneous 3-monthly Injectable Contraceptive for Self-Injection.- Organised the running of product development studies with laboratory in France for the successful development and optimisation of the manufacturing process for a 3-monthly hormonal contraceptive.- Set up long-term stability studies with UK and France-based laboratories, including managing the verification, transfer and validation of analytical methods to be used in testing, and managing the shipment of samples from the manufacturing partner in Bangladesh. - Coordinated and set up pilot bioavailability study with clinical research organization in India, including gathering of documentation and data for obtaining ethical approval, coordinating testing and shipment of reference and test samples, and review and discussion of clinical protocols between multiple subject matter experts.- Managed sub-awards and other direct costs budgets.- Completed administrative tasks such as issuing of purchase orders, drafting and issuing NDAs, Scopes of Work, Terms of Reference documents, etc. - Traveled to Dhaka, Bangladesh with technical team to provide on-site support for technical assessment and trial manufacturing to pharmaceutical manufacturing partner. Worked in Prof. Amalio Telenti’s laboratory, performing a series of experiments contributing towards a study which looked at links between the existence of certain polymorphisms in the gene CYP2B6 for 12 HIV-positive patients of the Swiss HIV Cohort and whether they metabolized the drug efavirenz efficiently. The results of this study were published in a peer-reviewed journal.
