I know Alesia for almost 2 years now. She was the "buddy" person assigned to take care of my adoptation as a newbie QAin the company. From the very beginning, she proved to be a very helpful and cheerful person, same time, being a very skilled QA specialist. During these 2 years (as I know her, but it looks like even eariler) she has been representing interests and defending each and every QA. For about half a year now, she was promoted to the QA TL position and JUST CONTINUED the old habbit - representing the entire QA dept. company-wise and "assuring quality process through the entire development process".
