EasyBlank® Cloud Service EasyBlank Cloud Service provides rapid determination of blank shape, early feasibility assessment and material cost estimation. The software rapidly determines the developed blank outline from CAD Part Geometry. It is currently running and targets the needs of small and medium sized enterprises in the field of sheet metal stamping like sheet metal part designers, tool & die designers, and material cost estimators. EasyBlank Cloud Service is free of charge and the results are provided within the browser and in addition, the user can access them in IGS CAD format accompanied by a detailed report in Excel format. I am working as the Project Lead for EasyBlank Cloud Service and responsible for: ▪ Development Activities in house and dealing with Outsourced Company ▪ Cloud Usage Data Analysis ▪ Involved with various stakeholders for future planning ▪ Using AutoForm’s leading simulation technologies 2. Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Reporting All across the sheet metal stamping industry Microsoft Office formats are widely used document types for creating reports. The sheet metal stamping simulation results are documented and shared mainly in Excel and PowerPoint. I worked as Project Lead for Excel & PowerPoint Reporting Applications. Where I created the concept and developed the Automated Template based Report Generation Application. Users are allowed to create their customized Templates for the business needs and use them to generate Reports for Simulation results in Excel and PowerPoint files directly. It helped users to increase their productivity and reduced the time consumed in building the bulky reports from several weeks to now only few minutes. Implemented the application in most suitable technologies, design and development practices: ▪Microsoft COM Interop ▪C#, C++, XML ▪QT, Boost, STL ▪Design Patterns ▪Scrum, Continuous Integration, Automated GUI Testing through Squish

Producing tremendous improvements in quality, time and cost, AutoForm is an acknowledged industry standard at virtually every automotive OEM and at leading suppliers of tooling, stamping and materials worldwide. During this time I worked as Senior Software Engineer on a strategic product of the main application called AutoForm Report Manager. Which is an application where users of AutoForm can create template based automated reports for the simulation results and can design their own customized templates according to their needs. The application is developed in: ▪C++, Qt, XML ▪Boost, STL, HDF (Hierarchical Data Format) Using software methodologies like ▪Remote Procedure Call ▪Socket Programming ▪Multithreading ▪Design Patterns Followed Agile development method Scrum and insured best quality by having Automated tests running regularly on build servers to test and verify each new feature committed to the Continuous Integration Repositories.

But now it is NEC Technologies India Pvt Ltd taken over completely by NEC Corporation Japan. During this period I had been involved in one of the research project of NEC labs America called HYDRAstor. HYDRAstor is a scalable, secondary storage solution aimed at the enterprise market. The system consists of a back-end architecture as a grid of storage nodes built around a distributed hash table; and a front-end consisting of a layer of access nodes which implement a traditional file system interface and can be scaled in number for increased performance. I worked on back-end part together with Poland team. During this time period, I worked on some modules to support the back-end development. The major module was Hydra History Tool, it was a tool I designed to provide a way to graphically display events occurred in HYDRAstor system during life cycle of hydra server. The event information dumped in the form of logs, and the tool would read it during post analysis. The goal was to make debugging and analysis of back-end easy and fast, which was a tedious task. By this design of the tool it was possible to observe the storage component’s movement on various SAN (Storage Area Network) nodes by reading the log files and simulating them on a timeline graphically. This tool was developed in ▪C++ ▪QT ▪Boost, STL ▪For Windows & Linux operating systems Best practices were followed in each phase of the development Show less
