  At YSS, I helped on one of their projects known as Arc, who provide one to one support to 16- 24-year olds who are in, or at risk of being involved in the Criminal Justice system. During my time here, I assisted a key worker in achieving individual support plan’s. The support included education, training, employment searching and supporting an individual to become more financially resilient by doing budgeting sessions.
