• Led a team of Diploma technicians for the work of Installation, Calibration, loop checking, and maintenance of measuring instruments in various industries such as FACT, Indian Navy, IOCL, etc. • Took part in designing a burner control panel for Karan Udey Carpets, Alleppy. The panel was relay-based and made use of timers, integrated circuits, and flame sensors. Prepared Electrical Wiring and Panel Assembly Layout using AutoCad. Cut, stripped, and attached all needed electrical wires. Arranged all electrical and mechanical parts to build a complete panel. • Prepared Piping and Instrumentation (P&ID) diagram, General Assembly drawings, Instrument Loop diagrams, Power Distribution Wiring diagrams, and Bill of Materials for a plant in Trivandrum. • Familiar with industry standards for selection of control valves, orifice plates, nozzles, and venturi-nozzles.
