  -Project leader for implementation of Augmented Reality for Ford program, along with maintaining, controlling, and publishing documents in relation to company standards and operator feasibility. -Work alongside senior Quality Engineers to create and utilize inspection sheets and hole size checks for PPAP documentation. -Measure program parts for dimensions with pin gauges, and calipers to ensure it is within designated tolerances per assigned drawings and CAD for PPAP. -Regularly address manufacturing defects for GM LINKS program caused during processes and deciding which cases are acceptable by investigating the situation with respects to the needs of the customer and safety regulations. -Creating visual aids to demonstrate to production team on GM LINKS program the specific process requirements and safety protocols, along with training operators on accurate inspection procedures during start and stop of process. -Conducting line audits to ensure first-off, mid-off processes are being followed with proper documentation daily, witness marking, safety startup, proper recording and disposal of scrap, rework areas and those procedures, proper use of Andon boards. -Deciding if parts from vision systems are usable to be run again due to equipment faults or be scrapped, perform busing push out tests to accurate tolerances and minimum force requirements, inspect and maintain standard on E-Coat profile for components. -Send customer and supplier alerts in relation to discoveries of defects withing certain runs of a part and analyze the severity and produce corrective action per Magna standards. Then audit this corrective action to ensure process is being followed and resolved. -Work closely with third party sorting companies on the processes in which to accurately inspect and report defects for components utilizing visual aids and gauges along with single point lessons created.
