Main responsibilities:- ensuring the smooth operation of IT services of the company (600 internal and 12 000 external clients): park of servers in 3 server rooms (HP, SuperMicro), more than 400 workstations- software development, changes and support management (1S, mobile applications: Android, iOS, Symbian; applications for workstations). I was managing the projects as a project and program manager. Redmine was used as task tracking system for tasks managing. We were using the best Scrum's approach practices.- daily/weekly/monthly/annual planning work of the department, according to company development plans and development strategy. The staff consisted of 25 people: software developers and DevOps.- IT – infrastructure development management (needs analyzing, budget planning, procurement management, changes management, reporting)Main accomplishments:- IT-department was created practically from scratch (structure, optimal volume staff, assignment of the functional, KPI, job descriptions) - business processes ща IT department were described (with using IDEF0 methodology)- the cost of phone service was optimized- ERP-system which was based on 1S:Enterprise platform was greatly modified and changed- electronic documentation management 1S:Bitrix based was implemented- index of high availability was increased to 99,85% (for example, Google has 99.9%)- the call-center was migrated from analog to IP-telephony - technical support for clients and feedback services were created- the software for displaying main business processes KPIs, for displaying condition of Internet channels, services connections, a condition of call-center were created- the application for drivers, which have devices with Android OS was developed - the applications for drivers, which have devices with Symbian, Windows CE OS were created - the applications for taxi service booking for iOS and Android platforms were created
