      Description: No project and team change (see prev. pos.). Continued with Tare accounting project (2.5-4 people involved). Gained responsibility from management for the whole project and Tare system development. Also gone a level lower, to SQL development: refactored and fully migrated Tare accounting database (~40+ tables); cleaned wrong technical implementations; optimized data processing/queries for better performance. Also switched to requirements verification by direct code (sql, java) review as more efficient way to check for errors. In 2022 adopted Metabase BI reporting system as BI for project. Developed most dashboards (> 20) and statistics collection jobs (~10). Til May 23 continued to evolve Tare accounting system combining roles: Product manager/Owner, System Analyst/Designer, SQL Developer/DB Designer, Tester / Code reviewer, BI Engineer and User education activities. On IM from May 23.
