W jej pracy ceniliśmy dociekliwość i dokładność, kreatywne poszukiwanie rozwiązań oraz umiejętność spojrzenia z szerszej perspektywy na procesy biznesowe, których analizą się zajmowała. Zaangażowanie Oli było wysoko oceniane nie tylko przez pozostałych członków zespołu Sellions, ale również przez naszych klientów. Przyczyniło się to do pomyślnej realizacji złożonych projektów, jak np. platformy do generowania leadów dla globalnej firmie z branży FMCG. W projekcie tym Ola była odpowiedzialna min. za zaprojektowanie wymiany danych między kilkoma systemami informatycznymi i koordynację prac programistycznych, z czym poradziła sobie bardzo dobrze.
