Alex is a very driven individual. She is highly adaptable and focuses on solutions. She has excellent time-management skills and can be relied upon to complete projects on time, ahead of schedule and with minimal supervision. In addition, Alex has strong communication skills. She is an active listener who continuously demonstrated patience as well as an ability to teach. Alex was an integral part of the Store Space launch. She understood what was necessary to not only implement the process systemically, but what was required to maintain the data and integrity. She worked diligently with MIS to add and revise store space systems in order to enhance our capabilities. As a Senior Analyst, Alex supported multiple levels of the organization with reporting tools and business analytics. Her attention to detail and well rounded views of the business allowed her to excel in this role. She was thought of as a go to person in the department and was well respected by the merchant organization. Alex was a huge asset to my team and I would welcome the opportunity to work with her again.

Kerry Richardson (Humphreys)

As Alex's supervisor, I can honestly say that she is the brightest, most organized and most efficient person I have ever hired. It was clear to me, very quickly, that Alex was going to be able to take on much more responsiblity than this job entailed. We worked more as colleagues than as superviseor-supervisee. Alex was instrumental in improving vendor shipping to the new stores and completely managed our inter-store transfer process. She has an unquenchable desire to learn new technology and processes. She is always energetic and positive and interacts well with other departments. She would be an invaluable asset to any team.
