Aleksandra dała się poznać jako kreatywny marketingowiec z ogromną wiedzą sprzedażową i zakupową, lojalny pracownik, świetny szef i współpracownik oraz doświadczony partner, który w sposób profesjonalny i skuteczny reagował na nasze wymagania. Kiedy Ola rozpoczęła pracę w Assiduus firma posiadała jedną spółkę zajmującą się pośrednictwem finansowym, w której jestem dyrektorem sprzedaży. W kolejnych latach powstawały kolejne brandy – każdy z nich specjalizujący się w innej branży, a Aleksandra zajmowała się nimi wszystkimi, tworząc od zera dział marketingu grupy Assiduus. Dzięki niej powstał bardzo komunikatywny, kreatywny zespół, którego cechuje elastyczność działania oraz ogromne zaangażowanie w prowadzone prace, potrafiący zaproponować niestandardowe rozwiązania. Sądzę, że kluczem do sukcesu Aleksandry jest przede wszystkim dobre zrozumienie specyfiki naszej działalności i dopasowanie do niej skutecznych rozwiązań. Z jej udziałem uruchomiłem aplikację sprzedażową na tablety dla sieci doradców finansowych, która w znaczący sposób podniosła sprzedaż. Przeprowadziła rebrending ze spólki Assiduus Investment Partners – na Assiduus Finanse – co sprawiło, że jest ona lepiej odbierana przez naszych Klientów. Udało jej się również sprawić, że finanse stały się bardziej ludzkie, powołując do życia „Rodzinne Assiduus – pracując nad jej postaciami i tworząc film promujący działalność Assiduus Finanse, który stał się nieocenioną pomocą w prezentacjach sprzedażowych moich doradców (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kh_kK2cJoJw).
