I have never met a better storyteller! For the past two years, Alex and I have had the pleasure of working together on the ESN Sweden communication team. From the very beginning, I was impressed by Alex's vision and creativity. His ideas were always outstanding and out of the box, yet he always found a way to make them come to life. His professionalism and ability to turn any idea into a sleek and well-thought-out project were particularly impressive. Alex always had a strategy in mind and several backup plans, which made me feel confident in his leadership. One specific example of his outstanding leadership is the way he took ESN Sweden's national event, ESN Sea Battle, to new heights by breaking 3 Guinness World Records. Alex came up with the storyline for the event and together we brainstormed and helped develop hundreds of content pieces for our social media, which contributed to an epic growth for ESN Sweden and ESN Sea Battle. He was assertive with his goals for the project and clearly conveyed them to the team, and he had an excellent capability of explicitly guiding the team through his ideas, which helped a lot when developing content. I have learned so much from Alex, particularly from a business perspective. He is a skilled leader with a marketer-oriented mind and it was always a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend Alex for any project or leadership role.

During my mandate as the Communication Manager of ESN Sweden I have worked together with Aleksandr as my partner in crime. He was holding the position of Vice Communication Manager which was a new position where had the freedom to make it his own. After working together for a year I can confidently say that not only did Aleksandr used the freedom to shape the position, he elevated it as well. His responsibilities included managing a team of creative individuals, manage the social media channels of ESN Sweden and help out with our marketing strategies. He performed his duties extremely well and received several honourable mentions from inside the network for the campaigns he created. Not only did Aleksandr show that he has knowledge and skills in the media and communication department he also was a great team member who you could rely on. He has shown that he posses great active listening skills and kindness to be a leader who you can trust to support you. I have seen him taking up challenging tasks with a smile and positivity which lifted the mood in the room. Filled with eagerness to learn, to constantly challenge and improve himself and to help out others makes Aleksandr a valuable asset to any team. I would recommend Aleksandr to any organisation/enterprise/team for his charisma, perseverance, boldness, cheerfulness and expertise.
