Co-founded a boutique tech sourcing / recruitment agency Sourcein (sourcein.cz) with @Ondrej Moudry and @Michal Davitkovski. My job is to listen to our clients - both candidates and hiring managers, understand their needs, requirements, expectations and connect the right puzzle pieces together at the right time at the right place. That's all there is to sourcing, imho. Easy, right?
