During this period I was responsible for preparation of company's long-term, mid-term and short-term budgets. I also was setting productivity targets for the terminal and monitoring results and was looking for the ways to increase productivity by developing new tactics and strategies in container handling. I was deeply involved in contract negotiations with shipping lines such as APL, MSC, Maersk, CMA CGM, UniFeeder, TeamLines. I was leader of the team of development and implementing IT system for all the parties involved in container logistics through the Muuga container terminal (the parties include: shipping lines, forwarders, railway and trucking companies). I was presenting company on different seminars, conferences and exhibitions.

Scope of work included consultancy on different issues of container terminal day-to-day operations, such as, berth planning, quay crane allocation forecasting, stowage planning, yard planning, equipment scheduling and real-time monitoring of container and equipment movement.
