I maintain a diverse practice representing companies in a broad range of industries, including energy, hospitality (developers, managers and financing), private equity, real estate and retail (including direct sales). I have represented clients in various transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate and tax structuring, project finance and project management. I also have experience in anti-corruption assessment, compliance, consumer law, due diligence assessments, expert witness, human resource and labor law, litigation assessments and privacy law. Drawing upon my 20+ years of “big law” firm experience, I consistently provide high-quality legal and client service.
