Focused: Alejandro has this mindset that if he puts his mindset to something he's going to achieve managing to pass this way of being to his peers and direct reports; Leads by example: Whether working or on personal life Alejandro always expected the highest performance from his team and his peers because he himself always wants to be the hardest and smartest worker in the room; Trusting: Alejandro manages to work perfectly with the "give trust get trust" kind of way. This created a bigger mindset of accountability throughout his teams that will allow for better results to blossom.
