  In charge of scheduling and supervising the ongoing operations of 40 different academic groups per semester. I must also ensure that the design of the courses are suitable for the nearly 1000 students on campus, considering that our institution harbors pupils with English levels from A1 to native-speakers/native-speaker level. Among other responsibilities, I must administer around 15+ staff members, as well as coaching and mentoring them so that they receive positive feedback from students (polls are administered mid-term and near the end of the semester). Responsible for the design of strategies so that the student body excels in nation-wide examinations, such as DOMINA. In charge of logistics for French (DELF), German (ÖSD) and English (Pearson - PTEG) international examinations for the 900+ students. In charge of posting job listings, interviewing processes, and recruitment of teachers for the department.
