Leading progressive strategy from top-down driven-development to agile organization, improving team performances under Scrum methodology. My main duty is to maintain and follow structured workflows, ceremonies and optimizing processes outcomes. Starting with bad habits teams which came from a very basic understanding of Scrum framework. My role is key in teaching teams on acquiring good practices, understanding ceremony goals, focus oriented, forming the team when a gap is found by giving workshops/trainings and, identifying fields of improvement based on KPI metrics. I started with a single big team, increasing to 2 in parallel and transforming a bunch of 4 to 1 single which provides 4 different product outputs. Currently, both teams are delivering those 4 streams in 1 way with different maturity levels. Teams are multicultural and distributed. India, Hungary, Germany and Thailand are the main ones; it becomes a big challenge when synchronizing time zones, cultural behaviors and lack of intrapersonal contact. These kinds of challenges encourage me to tackle them using people-oriented solutions and, not forgetting about product-oriented goals. Daily work is based on actively facilitate team dynamics, aligning towards common goals.
