We would find resources for scheduling patients with different specialties per the requirement of the provider/patient. This position would also entail answering phone calls and scheduling appointments at the clinic, staff would also be required to provide support for front desk for coverage as needed or interpretation. Documenting was a skill necessary as there were separate logs for the many types of referrals and computer knowledge was a must.
