First, some clarification. I was not Alejandro's direct supervisor, however, when I was on shift and his supervisor was not, I was his on-duty supervisor. I worked with him for the better part of 2 years. He's got a great attitude, he's personable, but quiet, definitely not prone to sharing in any sort of gossip or negative workplace politics. To anyone considering hiring Alejandro, he will make a wonderful addition to your team.

Alejandro and I are both officers of the Criminal Justice Leadership Team at Mount Washington College. Alejandro being the Sergeant of the Criminal Justice Leadership Team brought intelligence, motivation and wonderful ideas to our team. He is a team player and has a great moral compass. He is trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. I recommend Alejandro without hesitation.

I work at the biggest shelter in New Hampshire! I help people who are trying to recover from drug use or homeless. I have been trained with Narcan and have helped save a few people already. I monitor the shelter outside and inside for any suspicious activities and contraband. Most of the time, my job consists of monitoring the individuals staying there and helping them out with anything such as: scheduling appointments with case managers and answering questions. As well as just listening to them, most of them are not bad people. They are just down on their luck and need help. That emergency shelter has connections with so many organizations all over New Hampshire! Show less

I was in charge of training people, making schedules, monitoring cameras, and more. The majority of the time i was the 2nd shift supervisor. But, I have experienced I'm all shifts. My team was made of 3 other guards and were very reliable. Occasionally I had to discipline a few; most understood how the job worked. If they enforced the policy and followed procedures, it was a very easy job. This job tested my leadership skills and more. My responsibility is to make sure people sign in before going to meet with Financial Aid, Academics or Career services, and Registrars. To watch the doors to see who comes in and to watch for a suspicious activities. If someone has a question they would come to the safety desk to get answers. When special events are going on like graduation; i would be there to help things stay in proper order.
