      Global Cooperation Networks (GCN) is a consultancy company co founded by me in 2009. Developed to empower the work of local NGOs through consultancy expertise in project management, capacity building, institutional strengthening and CSR management. We provided technical assistance and training services for different organizations aiming to generate a positive impact for society.Identified main stakeholders for companies developing a CSR management system designing indicators to follow the progress of CSR projects and investment. Facilitated the coordination process of alliances between multiple NGOs to deliver projects with common goals achieving a wider impact. Coordinated the systematization process of the projects “A Ganar”, executed by Partners of the Americas and Fundación Fanalca, and funded by the Inter American Development Bank (IDB) and the Multilateral Investment fund (MIF). Designed and delivered different training workshops including: conflict resolution for schoolteachers and students, empowering young people to be leaders, social entrepreneurship, and strengthening team work through cooperative games.

      Designed the project “Alternative Dispute Resolution: a Path to Social Integration Based on the Respect for Human Rights” which was awarded with funding by the Human Rights office of the Ministry of Cooperation and Foreign Affairs of Spain.Managed the main aspects of the project including timetables, event coordination, budgets, evaluation and systematization.Involved 9 different schools in the project and included more than 1000 teenagers in conflict resolution workshops.Organized the inter school meeting of social integration with more than 120 students from different schools and backgrounds.Wrote and published a booklet to promote conflict resolution and peace in high schools with 1500 copies given to the schools involved in the project and public libraries. The booklet is also used now by other NGOs in Cauca, Colombia to promote peace and Human Rights.
