  I had the opportunity to support students in becoming an online student. Online and distance learning programs are more prevalent due to the pandemic. Traditional students may understand how to use a computer but it is different then being a online student and using the online platforms to carry out their educational program. As the Calbright College Basic Computer Skills Academic Support I helped navigate students through the different online platforms and troubleshoot devices. Additional duties included advising students, facilitating study groups or workshops, assessing current programs, and tracking student learning and academic performance.
