Alex is a kind, spirited and compassionate person in his field of education. When it comes to performance, Alex demonstrates readiness and can adapt to an environment with very little time. He has developed his lesson plans beautifully as well as displayed competency in his content. Alex’s skill of being able to adjust easily, as well as his quick thinking is what has made him so successful and gifted as a teacher. His method of teaching inspires young students to come every day and participate to the best of his abilities. His students trust and respect him as it is obviously shown in a classroom setting. His skills are well rounded when it comes to teaching strategies and he is incredibly reliable as he shows up and rarely misses a day. Alex is not perfect, but he tries his best to be, as he holds himself to the same standard, which his students understand as well. He fosters a supportive classroom setting where everyone's ideas are invited and the diversity of the class is welcomed. Unlike some teachers, Alex does not see teaching as an opportunity but rather a privilege and as such, treats it the same.
