  I worked as a consultant for Proyectamos Colombia SAS. My job was to write documents that evaluate the formulation and excecution of the public policy for victims in a specific colombian territorial entity (Municipio or Departamento). For doing this I had to go to the territorial entity and interview the public officers responsible for the public victims policy, as well as the victims representatives. I wrote documents for eight territorial entities: Aguachica, Agustín Codazzi, Bosconia, Magdalena, Pradera, Samaniego, Santa Marta and Simití. The proyect covered 48 colombian territorial entities. Its methodology and conditions were defined by Proyectamos SAS and the Government Accountability Office (Contraloría General de la República), which also approved the final documents. The proyect was financed by the USAID.

  From August 2017 to December 2018 I worked as a contractor for the Planning Office of the Agencia Nacional de Tierras (ANT). My function was to write documents related to functions of the ANT: reports on the advance on the entity´s proposed goals; responses to control entities, multinational organisms and citizens; and institutional memory documents. I gained expertise in the functioning of the public sector in Colombia, as well as in the laws that govern land and agriculture in the country. I managed meetings and maintained close and effective communication with the other divisions of the entity in order to produce the documents.
