Introduction to FFT aviation proyects in Seattle, Washington inside Boeing's CWC (Composite Wing Center) Assembly plant for composite wing panel fabrication and loading for the new 777X model. In charge of coordination and management duties for FFT Aviation electrical proyects on-site. Tasks included coordinating and supervising electrical and pneumatic installations for a new FFT Aviation project for Boeing in FFT México. The proyect consists of platforms with unique access points for the assembly of the front and rear fuselages of the new 777x and its variants. My functions consisted of coordination of the whole FFT México Electrical Aviation team, as well as procurement and inventory of electrical materials for the project. Training phase in which it included activities in different areas that make up FFT’s Engineering Area. Several of these activities were electrical installations, sensor and laser scanner set-up, PLC programming and production line coordination in the Electrical area.

Internship

Full-time internship in Nortek Controls. The usual activities on this internship were the maintenance of control stations, robot programming (FANUC) to handle car chassis, use of E-Plan to handle the stations’ electrical diagrams and on replacing old equipment with new ones according to changes made by General Motors.
